We do ADA compliant bathrooms or bathroom remodels. Custom tile showers, one day tub to shower conversions, barrier free fiberglass showers and walk-in tubs.
Kitchens
We do ADA compliant kitchens or kitchen remodels.
Doors
We do exterior and interior door modifications to allow wheelchair accessibility.
Ramps
We do ADA compliant wood or aluminum wheelchair ramps.

You may qualify for a home modification loan up to $50,000 for property owners and $30,000 for owners of manufactured or mobile homes to make all of your home accessibility improvements, with 0% interest rate, no monthly payments required, repayment is required when the property is sold or transferred and landlords with fewer than 10 units may be eligible for 3% interest loan for a tenant.
